Property Sales

Fixed Fee £1995 + VAT

A simple, transparent fixed-fee sales package.

• Accompanied viewings
• Sales progression
• Dedicated support from offer to completion

HMO Management

£50 per room per calendar month + VAT

For landlords with Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs).

Included:

• Rent collection
• Tenant communication
• Maintenance coordination
• Monthly communal area inspections
• External area and bin checks
• Weekly fire alarm testing (where instructed)
• Compliance monitoring
• Apex27 landlord and tenant portal access

Vacant Room Letting Fee: £200 + VAT per room

Includes marketing, viewings, referencing, Right to Rent checks and tenancy setup.

Existing Occupied Room Transfer Fee: £60 + VAT per room

For transferring existing tenants onto our management system and documentation.
